After a standout 2018 season on tour, including two Major wins for its JPX irons, Mizuno is ready to lay out a new vision. At the annual PGA Merchandise show this January, Mizuno will headline a new version of our Swing DNA fitting system plus the breakthrough ST190 driver. Already visible on both the European and PGA Tours, the ST190 is the first Mizuno driver to gain uncontracted tour use since our Masters-winning 300S model.
“The golf industry is changing at speed,” commented Jeremy Galbreth, Director of Golf, Mizuno USA.
The PGA Merchandise Show dates back to 1954 and has been staged at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida since 1985. It is the golf industry’s leading trade-only event, where PGA professionals and golf industry professionals gather to discover the latest trends in golf equipment and technology, apparel and accessories.
“We know Mizuno’s success will be dictated by our relationship with the trade – the club fitters and PGA pros who talk to golfers every day. Now feels like the right time for Mizuno to show its face again at the biggest gathering of golf pros in the world. In part, it’s to celebrate the resurgence of our incredibly resilient brand. But even more, it’s to demonstrate how we’re going to evolve Mizuno into a more complete golf equipment brand in the years ahead.”
